Sunday Late Exit – Subject to availability you can relax on Sunday and check out at 8pm for just £40 inclusive of VAT.
Extra bed - £30+VAT per night inclusive of VAT (reductions for longer stays). Subject to availability at the time requested. Available in 2 bed apartment only.
Travel Cot - £4pn inclusive of VAT. Available in 2 bed apartment only.
Breakfast pack - (1 litre of semi-skimmed milk, 1 litre of orange juice, 1 variety pack of Kelloggs cereals, 4 croissants, 250 grams of butter, 1 jar of jam or marmalade, 1 loaf of white bread) £18.00 per pack inclusive of VAT
Important: A key safe system is in operation and apartments are self check in. You will receive detailed directions and key arrangements in a confirmation email from Alderman Apartments Ltd within 24 hours of your booking. Please print it and take it with you. Cancellation policy: A credit card is required to secure your reservation at Alderman Apartments. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 GMT 14 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged. Please note, your credit card details are held as a guarantee against any loss, damage, extra clean or other services used during your stay.

From M5 :
Exit at junction 17 and follow the signs for Bristol (A4018) for approximately 4 miles. After you pass Badminton Girl's school on your right you should go straight over a small roundabout and then take the 2nd exit of the next small roundabout. You should now be going downhill on Whiteladies Road (lots of shops). At the bottom of the hill you will come to a fork in the road at a set of traffic lights (large Sainsbury's on your right). Take the LEFT FORK onto Cotham Hill. Follow the road for 300 yards up a small hill to a mini roundabout. Turn left onto Hampton Road and then take the first right onto Cotham Lawn Road, Cotham Lawn Apartments will be directly on your right hand side.
From M4 :
Exit at junction 19; take the exit onto the M32 (signposted Bristol). Follow the M32 when you reach the end keep in the right hand lane then at the traffic signals follow the road round to the right onto Bond Street. Proceed to the roundabout and take the second exit past the bus station. Continue through 2 sets of traffic lights past the B.R.I hospital on your right and then turn right at the 3rd set of lights. Almost immediately the road forks; take the left fork up the steep St. Michael's hill. You will pass some cafes and small shops before you reach a mini roundabout at the top of a hill. Go straight over the roundabout and take the first right onto Cotham Lawn Road, Cotham Lawn Apartments will be directly on your right hand side.
