Delightful converted Malthouse providing three contemporary 2 bed cottages, 2 miles from Bath in the village of Batheaston which has good pubs, restaurants, takeaways and selection of local shops as well as a bus service to Bath and surrounding areas.

The properties are non smoking and feature an open plan living and kitchen area on the first floor with vaulted ceiling and beams and exposed feature stone walls. Cottage No 1 has 2 double bedrooms No 2 and 3 has a double and a single bedroom with a double sofa bed for the fourth guest in the living area. Luxury kitchen with integrated appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer. The ground floor has a ensuite bathroom to the double bedroom and a family bathroom Outside there is a small paved area with BBQ seating for those summer evenings. There is private parking area accessed via electrically operated gates (one parking space per cottage), additional car parking by prior arrangement (if available)

The daily rate quoted is based on a minimum 3 night stay. Contact owner direct for longer stay rates. Please note no pets allowed.

Please note if sofa beds in house 2 and 3 are used we charge a £15 supplement per stay for the 4th guest.
