Bristol's Christmas Market (3 November – 23 December)

Follow the smell of churros and bratwurst to Bristol Shopping Quarter where you’ll find festive stalls selling everything from sweet treats to Christmas crafts, plus live music and entertainment from Santa and his reindeer, or take in the view from the 15-metre tall Big Wheel! Shopped-out visitors can warm up with mulled wine in the Jäger Barn Bar, or book one of the cosy private Igloo Pods or Ski Gondolas.

The Vintage Winter Wonderland in Millennium Square (10 Nov - 2 Jan)

Among the fairground rides, games stalls and cosy Après Bar, you'll find a range of food stalls, selling festive bites and drinks, from mulled wine to Yorkshire pudding wraps. 

Bristol Pop-Up Shop at The Galleries (15 November – 24 December) 

The Pop-Up Shop returns to the first floor of The Galleries, showcasing gifts from talented local makers, artists and designers. Expect beautiful illustrations, handcrafted homeware, elegant stationery, adult and kids clothing, fun craft kits, handmade ceramics, edible delights and more.

Christmas at St Nicholas Market (13 November – 24 December)

There’s sled-loads of good ol’ fashioned Christmas cheer to be had at St Nick’s. The permanent indoor buildings and outdoor stalls of the market are home to the largest collection of independent retailers in the city. It’s a perfect spot for gift ideas and delicious seasonal food. For homemade and organic festive goodies, pop down to the themed outdoor markets, running alongside the daily Christmas stalls from 13 November until Christmas Eve, with a special evening of twilight shopping until 8pm on Saturday 2 December.

Finzels Reach Market (Wednesday and Fridays)

On Wednesdays and Fridays between 11am and 2pm in the lead up to Christmas, Finzels Reach Market will be hosting special producers and comforting street food to keep you well-fed as well as some goodies to take home as gifts. 

Sustainable Design Fair at Prior Shop (Weekends from 25 November to 10 December)

Pop into Prior in Quakers Friars, Cabot Circus to find local artists and makers showcasing their products, from stunning jewellery, unique ceramics, organic skincare and slow fashion clothing.

Future Leap Sustainable Christmas Market (Weekends from 25 November to 17 December, 21 - 23 December) 

The Festive Market returns to Future Leap on Gloucester Road this winter. Expect to find stall holders selling sustainable items including eco-friendly beauty products, greener household alternatives such as handsewn homewares, ceramics and much more. Keep up your festive refuel at the Future Leap café, which will be serving fresh coffee, food and treats. 

Christmas Artisan Craft Fair at Ashton Court Mansion (Sunday 26 November)

Local independent artists and crafters showcase their handmade crafts, including: jewellery, bags, textiles, soaps, artwork and cards, children's clothes, handmade toys, glass and wood craft, Christmas wreaths and decorations, preserves, craft beer and much more. All stands are indoors and The Courtyard Café will serving fresh coffee, tea, cakes, light bites and mince pies. Make sure to take a stroll around the grounds of Ashton Court Estate while you're there too!

Christmas Market at HERE and Arnos Vale Cemetery (Sunday 2 December)

Head along to this Christmas market hosted across two venues: HERE and Arnos Vale Cemetery on Bath Road. There will be a wide selection of stalls selling arts, ceramics, condiments, clothing, jewellery and much, much more. Refreshments will also be available from the cafe in Arnos Vale, and festive burgers, cake and hot drinks at The Deli at HERE.

Windmill Hill Market (Sunday 2 December)

Head along to this festive edition of the monthly market at Windmill Hill City Farm, featuring local creatives, food producers and other independent businesses.

Christmas Night Market at Wiper & True Barrel Store (Thursday 7 December)

Browse a carefully curated selection of sustainably made goodness, produced by local makers, growers, sewers and ceramacists from 4 - 9pm at Wiper & True's barrel store in St Werburghs.

Made in Bristol Gift Fair at Bristol Beacon (Weekends 25 - 26 November, 9 - 10 December)

Made in Bristol's Gift Fair returns to the glittering foyer at Bristol Beacon, showcasing up to 200 talented designer-makers across two weekends. From super stocking fillers to grander gifts for a special someone, you'll find an eclectic range of locally made artisan products including jewellery, toys, ceramics, prints and home accessories.

Winter Fair & Open Studios at Estate of the Arts (9 -10 December)

Head to Estate of the Art in Bedminster to browse 20+ stalls showcasing artisan gifts. Expect a selection of ceramics, fashion, homewares, art, candles and aromatherapies, clothing and accessories on offer. Live music, open art studios, workshops and refreshments will also keep you entertained. 

Winter Makers Market at Wiper and True Taproom (17 December)

Wiper and True are hosting a range of local makers, bakers, growers and producers at their brewery taproom in Old Market from midday until 6pm.
