The Brunel Institute, with views onto the historic steamship the ss Great Britain, has recently been launched as a state-of-the-art conference space.
The Institute’s Viridor Theatre offers use of a dual projection system and screens, microphones, and an MP3 compatible audio system. Adjoining meeting rooms provide ideal break-out spaces and can be hired separately.
Packages include optional tours of the ship, high resolution images for promotional use, and most importantly event coordination support. A unique setting is augmented by award-winning service from the ss Great Britain Trust’s events team. Clients regularly choose to hold conferences in the Viridor Theatre, followed by an evening drinks reception or three-course dinner on board Brunel’s ss Great Britain.
The Brunel Institute offers up-to-date, flexible and modern facilities, with easy access, excellent transport links and good car and coach parking, within an historic dockyard setting.
All revenue generated by private and corporate venue hire helps the ss Great Britain Trust to care for the historic ship, and to run educational programmes. The ss Great Britain Trust is part of the Green Tourism Business Scheme (Silver).
