Destination Bristol offer a free venue finding service for conference and event organisers. Inclusion in this venue finding service is available exclusively to members of Destination Bristol.
Following a site visit by one of Destination Bristol's conference and business team, details of your venue, its rooms, features and available services are entered onto the Chaser Bureau database.
This database manages all incoming business enquiries as well as venue information.
Every potential business enquiry is then matched against all the venue data to find those venues best suited, and the enquiry is then sent by email to all that qualify.
Venues then complete the enquiry form and return it to Destination Bristol by the specified deadline. This allows the team to present results to the client within 24 hours of their initial enquiry. If further site information or site visits are needed, our conference team manage and arrange this with the venues and client.
Our venues include hotels, dedicated conference centres, sports clubs, visitor attractions, schools and universities.
