An estimated 44,000 people work in the tourism and hospitality industry in the West of England, around 8% of the total work force. It is the people working within the tourism who make Bristol such a success and is it essential that we have a well-trained, customer orientated industry. Our aim is to promote training and employment opportunities, with complimentary advertising for Destination Bristol members.
We work in partnership with the Job Centre, training providers and colleges to sign post opportunities for young people and those looking to return to work.
