We’ve got cocktails shaken, stirred and slings and whether you are a cocktail connoisseur or an Absolut beginner, Bristol has a bevy of bars from the fun to the ultimate sophistication.

The Living Room has a cocktail menu that you will need to browse in advance just to help you make your mind up.  Try one of their Specialty Martinis for an original take on this hallowed cocktail or some fun fizz with a Pink Panther or Champagne Cherry Nova.

Just across the river, Shore Cafe Bar is perfect for cosy winter nights or long summer evenings and one of Bristol’s top people watching spots, overlooking the harbour!  From the classics to the contemporary, many with that special Shore touch.  Fancy something different, ‘Shore’s Grandmother’ is probably one of the tastiest and unusually named specials in Bristol.

The Bar at the Radisson Blu hotel in the centre of Bristol has an exciting range of cocktails with Blue Reef Martini, celebrating one of Bristol's newest attractions - the Blue Reef Aquarium. This strong, yet fruity, blend of Grand Marnier, Citrus Vodka and Blue Curacao certainly has a bite to it, just watch out for the sharks!

For a touch of Latin excitement, Las Iguanas has some of the finest Mojitos and Caipirinhas this side of Rio.  Las Iguanas is the only restaurant to produce cachaça from their own sugar cane plantation with João Luiz, master cachaça maker, overseeing the process from harvesting the cane & fermenting the juices, to bottling the cachaça. The fizz and fun menu is available at both Harbourside and Clifton.

Also in Clifton, you'll find The Square, with has a great cocktail menu, with everything from classics to new inventions from their own mixologists. House favourites include The Square Martini, Sosho Cooler and the French 75. And for the adventurous among you, you can even have a go at mixing your own at one of their cocktail master classes.

You’ll find bsb bars at the Waterside and Corn Street and each has a great cocktail menu to help you start (or finish) the night in style.  Look out for the new VIP Cocktail lounge coming to Waterside soon, but mind out for the paparazzi.
