Friska’s mission is to sell “Feel Good Food” to the breakfast and lunchtime market in Bristol. Our first outlet will open in Bristol this year. Friska will sell delicious Salads, Soups, Wraps and more hearty meals like Moroccan Meatballs with Cous Cous, Jamaican Jerk Chicken with Coconut Rice and Vegetable Tagine with Cous Cous. From a brand perspective, Friska will be heavily community focused and seek to engage and make visitors feel part of the Friska idea. Friska’s offering will continue to be fresh and exciting because of its focus on local, seasonal produce. Friska’s sourcing policy is simple; regional, seasonal, ethical and fresh.
Friska will also make a positive contribution within the local community through the Good Food Network; a schools project, funded by a proportion of profits and designed to encourage children to eat healthily and take an interest in where their food comes from.
