The Latin recipes date right back to the 16th century, with a fusion of native Latin American Indian, Spanish, Portuguese and African influences. Las Iguanas signature dish, Xinxim Brasilian lime chicken, really is Pelé's favourite, and is the best example of this fusion, bringing together Latin, African and Portuguese flavours to create something really special.

In the bar, you’ll find the perfect spot for a little pre- or post-dinner indulgence. Or if the mood takes you, just lounge with a cocktail or some tapas. Las Iguanas calls the bar the Cachaçaria, because it's where they serve Las Iguanas Magnifica Cachaça. Cachaça is a spirit distilled from sugar cane and the national drink of Brasil.
