The Cookery School – Bordeaux Quay

The cookery school aims to empower students with the knowledge and confidence to buy local, seasonal and fresh produce wherever possible through a team of chef-tutors who love to share their knowledge of how to cook delicious simple dishes that can be easily reproduced in the home environment.

Offers a host of cooking experiences (hands-on workshops and demonstrations) for children, adults, corporate clients and the community, that promise to both challenge and inform.

Berwick Lodge Cookery School 

Berwick Lodge has created a stunning Cookery School located in the Mews Conference Suite, adjacent to the hotel in a beautifully renovated old stable block.

Berwick's top chefs enjoy sharing their trade secrets with students and offer a range of cookery courses designed to provide hands-on fun for a variety of skill levels and tastes.

Full and half day courses are available including pasta making, bread baking, cooking for college, and butchery master classes. Bespoke courses can also be arranged on request for corporate or private parties including hen and stag parties.

Gift vouchers are also available for anyone wanting to buy a present with a difference for any budding master chefs.
