Brunel's ss Great Britain Brunel's ss Great Britain

Climb onboard the world's first great ocean liner! Descend under the glass ‘sea’ and visit the DockYard Museum before boarding the ship and travelling back in time. M Shed

Situated on the historic Harbourside, M Shed is the much anticipated and exciting new history museum of Bristol that tells the story of our city. Guided tours for groups can be arranged on request at a charge. General admission for groups is free.

Bristol's City Museum & Art Gallery

The museum tells the story of our world in every display; from the beginning of time to the present day. Nineteen galleries over three floors reveal fascinating cultures, ancient civilizations, human invention and creativity, as well as showcasing our beautiful and fragile natural world. With thousands of amazing objects on display, one visit just isn’t enough!

Oakham Treasures

Oakham Treasures is an impressive museum of retail and farming memorabilia, which guarantees to give visitors a happy and nostalgic trip down memory lane. Discover a grocery Store, chemist and tobacconist plus a fabulous tractor display. The museum also won a Silver Award in Enjoy England's National Awards For Excellence 2010. This 19th century mansion, set in 400 acres of parkland, is home to the social history collection.
