Arriving by Rail

 

Arriving by train you have several options to get to Harbourside. You can easily walk or cycle to the quayside, just follow the blue pedestrian signs to Harbourside.

Alternatively ferry services operate to and from Temple Meads Station leaving and arriving at Temple Quay landing stage just a few minutes walk from the main station. There are also bus stops located on Temple Gate in front of the station. See the map for ferry and bus stops.

Train station locations and services

Bristol is at the hub of the national network in the West of England. Frequent inter-city, regional and local services operate from the main station at Temple Meads.

National Rail Services

Bristol Temple Meads is the nearest mainline railway station to the Harbourside area. It is situated to the east of the city centre (see map) and links to other mainline and local stations throughout Britain.

Local Rail Services

Local services run to Bristol from Weston-super-Mare, Yatton, Nailsea and Backwell, Yate, Gloucester, Keynsham and Bath. Bristol also has eleven suburban rail stations including the Severn Beach line.

These suburban routes are also operated by First Great Western.
