There are 2 disabled parking spaces besides hotel entrance.
NO own parking spaces guests use NCP Queen Charlotte Street car park at an extra cost. There are steps and about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Guest can unload luggage at the hotel front entrance with hotel porters’ assistance.

There is disabled toilet on the mezzanine floor.

Road Directions

From the M4 and M5 (North, East and West)
Leave the M4 at Jundction 19 and take the M32 into Bristol. At the end of the M32 turn left at the traffic lights; this will be signposted for Temple Meads Station. Follow the dual carraigeway through the underpass and to the end. At the roundabout take a right, which will be signposted for Broadmead (Victoria Street). Follow the road until you cross over a bridge. Turn left at the traffic lights into Baldwin Street and first left into Queen Charlotte Street. Carry on past the car park, take the first left, then turn left again, the hotel is on the left.
From the A4
Follow the A4 all the way into Bristol. You will pass Temple Meads Station on your right. Stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the B4053. Take the first exit, Broadmead (Victoria Street). Follow the road until you cross over a bridge. Turn left at the traffic lights into Baldwin Street and first left into Queen Charlotte Street. Carry on past the car park, take the first left, then turn left again, the hotel is on the left.
From the M5 (South West)
Leave the M5 at Junction 18. Follow the A4 all the way into Bristol City Centre. Once in the Centre, you will need to drive in a horseshoe around the Centre so that Bar Excellence and the Army Career Centre are both on your left hand side. Follow the signs for Broadmead (Baldwin Street). Once on Baldwin Street take the second right into Queen Charlotte Street. Carry on past the car park, take the first left, then turn left again, the hotel is on the left.
