Farleigh Hungerford Castle

Set in the picturesque valley of the River Frome, this impressive castle hides a sinister past. Visit the chapel for medieval wall paintings & take a look into the crypt! Throughout the year history comes alive with an extensive programme of living history, military re-enactments, music and drama.

Between April & October Farleigh Hungerford Castle is open daily from 10am to 5pm (July & August: 10am - 6pm; October from 10am - 4pm).

From November to March Farleigh Hungerford Castle is opened on Saturdays and Sundays only from 10am to 4pm.
