You are cordially invited to attend the Soil Association 's first national Organic Fashion Show at the Soil Association Organic Food Festival in Bristol on 1st and 2nd September 2007. A mix of new and established designers will demonstrate why organic clothing is set to be a major force in the fashion industry of the future.
Sponsored by Marks & Spencer, the show brings organic fashion to the forefront through showcasing a vast range of stylish clothing from high-end fashion and lingerie to street wear for all ages, in this 'Fashion Week' style event. Participating labels include Bamford, Katharine Hamnett, Ciel, People Tree, Seasalt and Howies, featuring both established names in the fashion industry as well as many 'up and coming' young designers. Daddy G of Massive Attack will be showing his support for organic fashion by treating fashionistas to one of his legendary DJ sets at every show. To add to their enjoyment each visitor will receive a free glass of organic M&S wine, cider or a soft drink.
The Soil Association Organic Festival already attracts over 40,000 visitors from all over the UK to what has become Europe's largest celebration of organic food, beauty and textile products. Many of the brands taking part in the show will be exhibiting at the Festival. The Organic Fashion Show is a big leap forward in setting the trend for organic fashion of the future, when organic clothing will be as much a part of our high street shopping experience as organic chocolate and carrots!
Tickets are £5, available in advance from the foyer at Explore-At-Bristol or Bristol Ticket Shop (0870 4444 400)
