Places are still available on a 'minibeasts and mud paintings' session for youngsters next week.
This fun-packed event gives children the opportunity to explore the undergrowth in search of little creatures on a minibeast safari, create a minibeast nature reserve, take part in minibeast charades, and an afternoon of mini beast mud paintings.
The event, which is run by the Avon Gorge and Downs Wildlife Project in conjunction with Bristol Zoo and Avon Wildlife Trust takes place next Thursday, May 29, from 10am to 3.30pm and costs £7.50 per child.
Minibeasts and mud paintings is for children aged eight to 12-years-old. Booking is essential and children will need to bring their own packed lunch.
Meet at the education centre at Bristol Zoo Gardens.
