Tangaroa Sailing

Sailing Vessel Tangaroa is an 82ft long wooden sailing ship offering harbour tours and trips down the Avon Gorge, to Portishead, Cardiff, Devon, Cornwall and France. Tangaroa sails direct from the centre of Bristol. Come and try your hand at sailing or just sit back and enjoy the atmosphere of a classic tall ship.

Tangaroa trips last from two hours to several weeks! There are four guest cabins sleeping 2/3 and a fully equipped galley to cater for hearty sailor's appetites.

If visiting by car follow the brown signs to Brunel's ss Great Britain car park. SV Tangaroa is moored on the harbout wall a 5 minute walk towards town.

Public Transport Directions

Tangaroa is situated on Bristol Floating Harbour, easily accessible by the #500 Harbourlink bus or by ferry. Just ask for Brunel's ss Great Britain stop and take a 5 minute walk down the harbour towards town.
