Be transported back to the days of steam when Bristol’s Museums, Galleries & Archives most popular exhibit – the impressive steam train chugs into action once again for a new season of harbour trips.
From as little as £2 for a single, visitors can take a ride on Britain’s only dockside steam railway, taking in the sites along the water.
The train will depart from the ss Great Britain on the harbourside every 40 minutes between 11am-5pm Prices are £3 return £2 single. Under 6s Free. Ss Great Britain ticket holders receive £1 off

Exiting M4 Junction 19 M32 at Junction 3, continue until Inner Circuit Road. Turn left to Temple Meads Station. At next roundabout take 2nd exit. Pass Temple Meads on your left. Take Right Hand Lane turning right onto York Road (runs on south side of the river). Follow York Road to next roundabout at Bedminster Bridge. Take 3rd exit (cross river) along Commercial Road. At next mini roundabout take left exit along Cumberland Road. Follow for 800 metres and take right into Gas Ferry Lane.
