A brand new festival being organised for 2008 by volunteers who feel it's what the community needs; an exciting and interactive community festival showcasing Southwest talent!
The Bristol Festival's main outdoor hub will feature stages, entertainment, food and family fun and will be based around Bristol's renowned Amphitheatre and Waterfront Square. There will also be a variety of indoor venues also hosting festival events including an exciting evening programme of club nights and gigs.

From M4/M5 (N) follow the M32 to the end, then bear right and follow the signs for the city centre; then follow signs for the A4 to Anchor Road. From M5(S) exit at junction 18 and follow the A4 to the city centre. There is car parking in Canons Way, in Millennium Square underground car park. Coaches may set down and pick up directly on site with coach parking nearby.
By Bus: any First City Line bus to the city centre or First Badgerline service to Anchor Road. By Ferry: Bristol Ferry Boat Co. operates between Harbourside attractions; 0117 927 3416 or www.bristolferryboat.co.uk
By train: to Bristol Temple Meads, then either buses 8 or 9 to the centre, a ferry boat to the Harbourside or a 20 min walk.
By foot: two minutes from the city centre
