Delightful converted Malthouse providing contemporary 2 bed cottage, 2 miles from Bath in the village of Batheaston which has good pubs, restaurants, takeaways and selection of local shops as well as a bus service to Bath and surrounding areas.

The property is no smoking and features an open plan living and kitchen area on the first floor with vaulted ceiling and beams and exposed feature stone walls. There is a double sofa bed for the fourth person in the living area. Luxury kitchen with integrated applicances, including washing machine/tumble dryer. The ground floor has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, single bedroom and family bathroom, fully tiled. Outside there is a small paved area with BBQ seating for those summer evenings. One car park space available.

The daily rate quoted is based on a minimum 3 night stay. Weekly rates range from £362 in low season to £500 high season. Please note no pets allowed.

Road Directions

At junction 18 M4, take A46 to Bath for approximately 6 miles, then take the A4 towards Batheaston. Pass through traffic calming. On entering village take right turn into Avonvale Place. The Malthouse is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
