There are lots of things to do on Brunel's ss Great Britain for children and adults during the school holidays this summer.

July 26 to September 2
Howzat… quoits on Top Deck: Learn the games played by the ship’s Victorian cricketing stars.
Sinbad the Ship’s Cat: Ship’s trails for children are the cat’s whiskers.

Troopship: Crimean War re-enactors board ship.

August 2 & 3
EDF Energy Bristol Harbour Festival: Relax on the historic waterfront with free live music next to the Dockyard Café Bar, plus traditional Victorian games for children.

August 2
Food ‘n’ Fireworks: Harbour Festival firework display, from the Top Deck. Includes welcome drink, supper in the Dockyard Café Bar and mini tour. £39.50

August 30 & 31

Road Directions

Exiting M4 Junction 19 M32 at Junction 3, continue until Inner Circuit Road. Turn left to Temple Meads Station. At next roundabout take 2nd exit. Pass Temple Meads on your left. Take Right Hand Lane turning right onto York Road (runs on south side of the river). Follow York Road to next roundabout at Bedminster Bridge. Take 3rd exit (cross river) along Commercial Road. At next mini roundabout take left exit along Cumberland Road. Follow for 800 metres and take right into Gas Ferry Lane.
