Theatre Tours

Bristol Hippodrome theatre tours are a fantastic way to see what goes on behind the scenes and find out about the history of Bristol’s premier theatre as we approach our centenary. Tours start promptly at 10.30am and include refreshments.

Lasting up to 2 hours, the in-depth tour includes front of house areas, a walk on the stage, a peek at the dressing rooms, a trip up to the fly floor for a bird’s eye view of the auditorium and much more. Packed full of fascinating stories and gossip – learn about the theatre and the stars who have performed here, such as Cary Grant, Frank Sinatra, Laurel & Hardy and Mickey Rooney! Advance booking is essential.
