The Bristol Hippodrome

Whether you prefer musicals, ballet, opera, concerts, comedians or children’s shows, the Hippodrome’s busy programme is bound to have something to suit every taste.

The Summer/Autumn Season at The Bristol Hippodrome is packed full of shows including The Rocky Horror Show, the 25th Anniversary production of Les Miserables starring Gareth Gates, Monty Python’s fantastically funny Spamalot starring Todd Carty, Welsh National Opera, The Sound of Music and one night visits from The Armstrong & Miller Show, Dara O Briain, Mark Watson and John Barrowman.

Finishing the year there is the magical pantomime Dick Whittington which opens on the 11th December. The nation’s favourite, Barbara Windsor stars along with comedian Andy Ford who proved such a hit with local audiences last Christmas in Snow White.

The Bristol Hippodrome, Bristol’s West End Theatre, offers Group organisers an efficient, flexible and friendly service to ensure you get the most out of this wonderful venue. When booking as a group of 10 or more they can offer you not only the best in service and some amazing discounts, but also the added bonus of ‘book now and pay later’, making life as simple as possible for you. The Bristol Hippodrome Group Bookings department is open Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm (closed Bank Holidays).

The venue Box Office will open to personal visitors from 12 Noon until 6pm (Monday to Saturday), with closing time extending to 15 minutes after curtain-up on performance evenings.

Where a Sunday performance is scheduled, the box office will open two hours prior to evening curtain-up time. Any variations to this will be displayed on our theatre website www.bristolhippodrome.org.uk

The venue Box Office will not be open on Bank Holidays where performances are not scheduled, and Sunday opening hours will apply on Bank Holidays where performances are scheduled.
