Best Times to Visit Insiders Tips - Like all shopping destinations, The Mall has busy and quiet times. If you would like to visit at a quieter time of the week, we suggest you try our late nights Monday to Friday until 9pm or early on Saturday mornings from 9am. The busiest times of the week are Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Opening

Monday-Friday - 10am to 9pm, Saturday - 9am to 7pm, Sunday - 11am to
6pm, Bank Holiday Mondays - 10am - 6pm. John Lewis is now open Mondays
and closes at 8pm Monday to Friday. Opening times of retailers may vary.

Road Directions

The Mall is very easy to reach. Conveniently located north of Bristol, The Mall sits just off Junction 17 of the M5 and is clearly visible as you leave the motorway.

By Car
The most direct route is to leave the M5 at Junction 17 and follow the signs
to The Mall. We have 7,000 free car parking spaces all around the centre.
