Tuesday, 26th January 2010
'Weddings at Westonbirt' open day, Sunday 21st March 2010
Westonbirt - the National Arboretum, which is managed by the Forestry Commission, will show how it can be the perfect place to tie the knot when it hosts the 'Weddings at Westonbirt' open day in the Great Oak Hall on Sunday 21 March.
The stunning Cotswolds location, set in 600 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, sets the scene for a romantic day to remember.
Westonbirt weddings and civil partnership ceremonies take place in the medieval-style, timber-framed and environmentally friendly Great Oak Hall, against the backdrop of world-famous trees. It's not only a unique venue but also a photographer's dream.
From 10am-4pm come in and discuss your wishes with Westonbirt's expert staff and outside advisors, and enter the free prize draw.
As well as seeing the venue first-hand you'll also be able to talk with specialists about flowers, vintage cars, photography, beautician opportunities and cake and table decorations. Everything can be managed on site - from the ceremony itself to superb catering by Maples restaurant. Let the stress dissolve away and have a simply wonderful day.
For open day information please email maureen.gobbett@btinternet.com. Entry to the open day is free.
