Falconry Weekends

Arrive at Tortworth Court on Friday night and after settling into your room, enjoy a welcome drink in Brunels bar before dinner in Moretons restaurant. After breakfast the following morning, you will meet our Falconer and his birds. He has 30 years of professional experience and will give you a brief history of Falconry and discuss the equipment and husbandry required to keep Birds of Prey . After a picnic lunch , you will learn how to train and fly these amazing creatures as well as seeing demonstrations of technique that will show how clever and majestic these Birds are. The day will end at around 5pm , but you will be very welcome to stay on and enjoy our 30 acres of grounds and the Arboretum . Dinner on Saturday will also be in Moretons Restaurant.
