Singing in Scottish Gaelic with mesmerising beauty and passion, BBC Radio 2 Folk Singer of the Year Julie Fowlis has taken the music scene by storm.
Switching between wild jigs and gently exquisite ballads, and backed by the astounding musicianship of a note-perfect acoustic band, Fowlis carries the otherworldly songs of her native Outer Hebrides in a way that surpasses any language barriers.
Enchanting, beguiling songs, an engaging stage presence and a sensational voice – it doesn't come much better than this.
