Arches House

Set back off the road, this early Victorian house provides quiet, comfortable surroundings and a friendly welcome, whether on holiday or business. The hotel is situated approximately 100 yds from the main A38 and is thus accessible by both public and private transport. The main bus station is 0.5 miles away, as is Broadmead shopping centre. Temple Meads railway station, the main commercial centre, theatres, exhibition centres and the waterfront are all within 1 mile.

All 9 bedrooms are centrally heated and have a washbasin, remote control colour TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee-making facilities. Four bedrooms have en suite shower room. Each room is pleasantly furnished, with plenty of wardrobe space and firm, comfortable beds. All bedrooms are equipped with an ioniser, which removes dust and pollen, to aid a good night's sleep. The hotel provides a high level of cleanliness. Facilities and services. We have a strict non-smoking policy throughout all areas of the hotel.

Included in the tariff is a continental breakfast, which consists of a large selection of beverages,fresh fruit, fruit juice, grapefruit, cereal, yoghurt, warm croissants with jam and as much toast as you can eat. In addition, we offer a choice of 5 cooked breakfasts, with vegetarian and vegan tastes catered for. We do not serve evening meals, as there are many restaurants serving diverse food within 2 to 10 minutes'' walk. We will be pleased to recommend a restaurant to suit your tastes.
