Greenacres (Stanton Wick)

Established over 30 years, we pride ourselves in welcoming a variety of guests, many of whom are regulars either working or visiting friends or relatives in our area.

We provide clean, comfortable rooms, all with colour TV, tea/coffee-making facilities and extra bedding with hot water bottles as required. Hairdryers and trouser press are also available. Our breakfast menu is wide and varied and cooked to order, and served at times to suit guests. Car parking off-road is provided and is very popular, being free, for guests travelling to or from Bristol airport (only 7 miles away). Airport taxis provide an excellent reliable service and can be booked by telephone.

Our house is set in approximately 1 acre of mature garden, overlooking open countryside, and provides a tranquil place to rest. Children and pets are very welcome.

Pubs and inns in all surrounding villages now serve lunches and evening meals, the nearest (100yds walk away) has a good reputation for its food.

Places of interest well worth visiting include Bristol, Bath, Wells, Glastonbury, Weston-super-Mare, Wookey Hole and Cheddar Gorge, to name a few.

From Bristol Temple Meads - 10 miles
Bus number 376 to Pensford (approximately 1 bus per hour). Telephone for pick up on arrival at Pensford.
