Cornwall Food & Drink Live in Bristol
For anyone who can’t get enough of the fantastic array of food and drink that heralds from Cornwall, the answer is Cornwall Food & Drink LIVE, making its first stop at Brunel’s Old Station in Bristol, on 3rd and 4th November.
The two-day event highlights just why Cornwall has such a reputation as a culinary hotspot and a destination for food lovers from far and wide. Featuring the county’s top food and drinks producers and an incredible host of admired chefs, plus much more, the event will bring the true flavour of Cornwall to the city.
Entrance is £5 per day. Free for children under 16 accompanied by an adult.
Clotted cream and pasties? Of course! But that’s just the beginning. From award winning ales such as Sharp’s Doom Bar and St Austell Brewery’s Tribute, to champion cheeses such as Cornish Blue; and from succulent grass-reared meats to designer-inspired chocolates, Cornwall has one of the richest larders in the world and wants to share its bounty.
An awesome collection of chefs will be on stage throughout the weekend. Don’t miss two-Michelin-starred Nathan Outlaw, a favourite with audiences of BBC’s Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen, when he teams up with fellow seafood superstar Mitch Tonks, owner of Bristol’s acclaimed RockFish Grill, for an unmissable Seafood Special on Sunday 4th November, or the fun opener on Saturday 3rd featuring the mighty Martin Blunos head-to-head with cheeky charmer Paul Ripley as they attempt to guide budding chefs from BBC Radio Cornwall and Radio Bristol through a culinary challenge.
