The Slow Food Market
The Uk’s first regular Slow Food market has become a monthly treat for lovers of real food. Judith Frean of Brown Cow Organics explains: “ Slow Food embraces the theory of good food production. It is like a vast jigsaw with each piece representing a key element. Put those pieces together and they form excellence.”
