The Bath Priory was built in 1835 as a private residence, on land once owned by the Priory of Bath Abbey. Fashioned in a Gothic style, the present day property is discreetly situated in a residential area and offers the ultimate in tranquility. The Bath Priory's restaurant holds the only Michelin star in Bath, and is headed up by the truly inspirational Head Chef Chris Horridge, whose signature dishes include 'Paillette' of Mr. Eades baby vegetables.
