Outstanding Customer Service Award

David Pollard has received a Gold Award in the Enjoy England Excellence Awards 2008. David set up the Falmouth Ambassador Ltd organisation for the cruise ships, a group of volunteers who help passengers as they come ashore. He identified that there was an issue providing the welcome to cruise ships when they docked at the very busy port of Falmouth, as he had experienced on cruise calls elsewhere in the world.
