The Grand Hotel

The Grand Hotel offers an excellent standard of accommodation. Many of our 131 fully equipped rooms offer breath-taking sea views, some with balcony access. We also have some beautiful and spacious suites available, offering either one or two bedrooms, plus a separate lounge area.

In the last year over £1 million has been invested in the hotel, and an extensive refurbishment programme has recently been completed, giving results which are truly luxurious. This work has included the complete transformation of the bar and foyer, and a brand new grand staircase leading up to the first floor and down to the lower ground floor.

The hotel is also fortunate to boast fine dining from its award winning AA Rosette restaurant, guests can enjoy a wide range of dishes from a large selection of menus. Our chefs strive to use a variety of local produce, resulting in mouth-watering creations for the most discerning of palettes.

On the lower ground floor you will find our Grand Leisure Suite , where we invite you to relax and unwind in our indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and fast tanning solarium, or try to work off the pounds gained at dinner at the gymnasium. We also have outdoor tennis courts. If the weather is kind during your visit why not try a dip in our heated outdoor pool as well? If pampering is the main intention of your stay, treat yourself to a visit to the on-site beauty clinic and hair salon.
