Originally Cistercian monastery, then home of Sir Francis Drake. Ancient buildings, exhibitions, herb garden, craft workshops and estate walks. Elizabethan garden.

For the rest of the week there is Bus no. 86/85 from Plymouth to Yelverton and at Yelverton change onto Bus no. 56/55 to Buckland Abbey.
