Are you a member of an association or institution that holds an annual/bi-annual event? Would you like to see this event come to the South West?
Our Ambassador Programme offers free support and advice for locally based professionals wanting to bring their associations conference to the South West area.
The programme is a partnership between Venues West and local academic, business and professional institutions. Our aim is to work with interested hosts who can directly or indirectly influence national or international conference destination decisions.
Venues West provides a full support service to ensure your bid has the maximum impact. We offer free of charge support and expertise from the initial bid preparation stage through to the successful completion of your conference.
