We The Curious is running free events on Millennium Square throughout the week - they’ll have everything you need to create your own playground, from skipping ropes to hoops. Head next door to explore the colourful world of aquatic plants at Bristol Aquarium’s botanical house.
Take the family on a photography-themed day out to the World Photography in Focus exhibitions in Bristol – visit Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year and Travel Photographer of the Year for free and explore the natural world at Wildlife Photographer of the Year at M Shed.
Feeling arty? Visit Bristol Zoo Project for SpringFest and see artwork created by street artists in collaboration with Upfest. Explore the new art trail in the Tower Meadow, where you can also listen to pop-up animal talks and play lawn games.
Marvel at the cave system at Wookey Hole before watching the Scoob! 4D Experience, or step back in time and visit the incredible Stone Age cave art of Lascaux in immersive 3D at Bristol Museum & Art Gallery.
Looking for that wow factor? Head to Aerospace Bristol to see Luke Jerram’s renowned Discover Mars artwork displayed alongside the last Concorde ever to fly, view Shaun the Sheep following his epic 1.5million mile mission to the moon and back. Or, visit Brunel’s SS Great Britain and explore the historic dockyard where you can also join tours and talks, or even climb the rigging!
Get the kids away from their screens to enjoy outdoor activities, or pay a visit to our gardens and animal attractions. There are also plenty of things to do indoors on rainy days out.
