As the name suggests, Bristol View Glamping provides fabulous accommodation overlooking the historic city of Bristol!

The site, which is based at Dundry, just outside the spectacular city, includes top-of-the-range Running Water Deluxe Wigwam® Cabins.

Cabin facilities

These are fully insulted, heated timber cabins sleeping up to four adults or a family of five. The cabins include shower, toilet and washbasin; a kitchenette and dining area; one fixed double bed and a bed settee; TV, fridge, microwave, and wall heater.

The Wigwam® Cabins are also very secure with lockable double glazed patio doors and Velux® windows.

Spacious Lodge

Bristol View also includes a spacious lodge that sleeps up to eight guests. This new facility also includes a fabulous power shower, toilet and washbasin and there’s a fully-fitted kitchen including a dining area, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric cooker, cutlery, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation also includes a living area with a TV.

Enjoy the spectacular view

Bristol View Glamping is based in a former quarry and commands some of the most spectacular views of the area. See the city in the morning light and experience the sparkling lights at night-time at this peaceful location. The site includes a communal area, and each cabin has its own firepit.

Things to do

You could simply relax all day in your cabin, as they’re so comfy and warm, yet there’s so much to do nearby, from relaxing walks along footpaths and bridleways to visiting Bristol’s iconic landmarks such as the Clifton Suspension Bridge, SS Great Britain and the Bristol Museum and Art Gallery.

Venture out a bit further and explore the seaside town of Weston-super-Mare; the city of Bath along with its connections to Jane Austen, and the Cotswolds AONB is not too far away.

Bristol is also famous for its fabulous events such as the International Balloon Festival, Weston Air Festival and lots more taking place throughout the year.
