Just in case you needed some proof, Bristol was included on The National Geographic Traveller Cool List 2018 alongside 17 other super trendy destinations. We got extra cool points for our music, unconventional creativity and flourishing food scene. Bristol is being pitted as the best place to eat outside London, with seven new entries in the 2018 Good Food Guide.

52 Places to Go in 2018

Bristol made it on to this mega list from the New York Times alonside destinations such as tropical paradise Fiji, the romantic Spanish city of Seville and China’s rainbow-striped mountains. As the only English city to make the list, we’re pretty pleased that our friends across the pond love Bristol (almost) as much as we do.

The Best Places to Travel in 2018

The Irish Times also added Bristol onto their list of the best places to travel in 2018 with a special shout out to our favourite characters, Wallace and Gromit.
