Team building and activity days are great ways to bring employees together in a more informal environment.

Bristol offers a great selection of slightly more alternative activities that can be combined to form a day (or two), added to an existing conference or to form part of a meeting programme.

Take a look at this selection of alternative team building activities offered in and around Bristol.

Get arty

Get creative and discover hidden talents with workshops by Where The Wall, Graft and the multi-award winning Aardman Animations. Both Where The Wall and Graft allow you to have a go at creating your own graffiti and learn about Bristol’s street art scene whilst Aardman’s away day gives you a chance to have a go at making your own clay models of their characters.

Where The Wall

Where The Wall’s street art stencil challenge sessions include a private 1 – 2 hour Bristol Street Art Tour and focus on creating art together as a team. Using laser cut stencils and spray cans to create Banksy style art, the sessions act as a perfect ice breaker and participants get to take away their artwork.

Where the Wall

Graft

Graft’s graffiti workshops also start with a guided tour of Bristol’s street art to give you some inspiration. During the session you will design a graffiti name, create a board using markers and have a go at spray painting and stencilling. Participants will create two pieces of art that they will get to take home.

Graft

Aardman Away Days

Mould characters and learn about the animation process with the team behind Wallace and Gromit. Take home your very own Gromit and Morph at the end and whoever makes the best Morph will receive a model from the professional model makers.
