Everybody knows that Father Christmas has a workshop in the North Pole… But did you know that he also has a workshop right here in the West Country?

Explore the illuminated trail

Journey through Westonbirt's trees, experiencing stunning light displays and spectacles along the way, on a quest to find Santa's West Pole. Families will be able to pick up an activity pack at the beginning of the trail, which will contain a small present from Father Christmas.

The trail is one mile long and should take anywhere from 45 minutes - 1 hour 30 minutes to complete. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the illuminated trail, except for assistance dogs. The trail is fully accessible for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, prams and push chairs. You can hire a free mobility scooter if required here.

Warm up at the Christmas Village

You can arrive up to 30 minutes before your trail time slot to soak up some seasonal cheer in the pre-trail Christmas Village. There is also a post-trail Christmas Village for you to pick up some refreshments after your adventure around the illuminations.

Both villages will have festive food and drink stalls, as well as different traditional fairground rides at each one.
