Submit Event
To submit your event to the Bristol 650 website, please complete the form below giving us as much information as possible.
We've created some guidelines to find out if your event is suitable for the Bristol 650 programme. Take a look at the guidelines here.
Use of the website will be open to all. Note, once your event has been submitted it will be reviewed and moderated for spelling and factual errors and appropriate language only.
Once you have submitted an event to us, we will provide you with the use of the Bristol 650 brand and logo. Any activity can be badged as part of the year and will be owned by the organisation / community running it. There is no cut off date for activity being added.
IMPORTANT: Please submit good quality images. Please include ONE quality landscape image of least 880 x 506 pixels minimum (if possible). When uploading an image, please be aware that there is a filesize limit of 1MB. You must ensure that you have permission to use the image on a third party website and it may be shared in various places on the Bristol 650 website and social media channels.
Other important tips:
- Please include at least 200 words on your event.
- Please include a contact email address or phone number.
- If relevant put the name of the venue into the title of the event, to help maximise impact e.g. Festival at The Downs
- Please do not use capital letters as titles and sentences. WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO SHOUT.
- Please note that event submissions can take up to 2 weeks to process, so please allow for this when submitting.

Help sheets and videos will be produced for people who want to run something in their community or group. An evaluation framework will be in place for organisations to contribute to their overall project reporting.
