What We Do

The Meet Bristol team are here to help you bring your conference or business event to Bristol. As well as being able to help with some of the practical aspects such as finding a venue (at no cost to you) and somewhere for your delegates to stay, we can also support in other ways to help make the process as easy as possible.

We can provide advice and information to help bring your delegates to the area, in particular help with travel plans by rail and for those arriving from overseas.

We also understand that your needs will probably exceed simply finding a venue, so we can help source locations for gala dinners, make restaurant suggestions and help you with social or partner programmes. Bristol also offers a huge range of team building and corporate hospitality to enhance your event and we can help find those most appropriate to your audience or themed to your programme.

Also there are some simple solutions we can provide for your delegates such as maps of the city, visitor guides and special rates for corporate gifts for your team or attendees.
