At this challenging time, we outline three ways in which you can take action to secure the future of the festivals and live events industry right now.

What do music festivals mean to you?

Complete this form by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport to let them know what festivals mean to you. By helping with the government inquiry you will not only be part of the future of festivals but also illustrating to Ministers why they are valuable to the UK and why they need to get back and running. This survey will be open until 6pm on Monday 22 February 2021 and will take roughly 4 minutes to complete.

We Need Events

Follow 'We Need Events', a campaign group set up by some of our very own citizens which aims to elevate and unite the voice of festival attendees rather than just events professionals.

Talking of event professionals - in October 2020, 200 of them from various sectors of the industry stood together to welcome the Survival Tour and support the 40,000 people in Bristol who make events. The Survival Tour consisted of five event professionals, plus one driving a supporting tour bus, who were touring the country stopping at 100 of the most iconic festival tour and performance venues - all of which have been unable to open as usual since lockdown. Many venues across the city lit up red in solidarity.
