Award winning Bristol restaurant group support Christmas Appeal for Bristol charity

1st December 2017

Categories: Latest News

The well-known team behind Bristol’s award winning Local Independent restaurant group, Hyde & Co, today announced the charity of choice for their Christmas Appeal 2017. Local and Global Charity, PHASE Worldwide, based in St Paul’s Bristol will benefit from donations and collections from December 1st for one month. Diners will have the opportunity to add just £1 to their bill during this time, all monies raised will be matched £1 for £1 by the company.

Co- owner of Hyde & Co, Nathan Lee said:

“As a socially responsible organization we support the work that goes on in our community.  The work of the small team here on the ground at PHASE in Bristol and in the UK struck a chord with us. PHASE is not a huge charity and through their work in Nepal with GP volunteers and other volunteer experts from Bristol, they make a difference. Bambalan is a great community venue and we hope that people coming in to have a drink at the bar, or a sit down meal with colleagues, friends or family will support this year’s appeal.”

Bristol based GP Dr. Sarah France, a PHASE volunteer said:

“It was a privilege to be able to teach and mentor the remarkably spirited and dedicated PHASE healthcare workers, giving them support to continue their much needed valuable work in these communities.' One of the most important things we can do is share and impart our knowledge for others to use.  Volunteering with PHASE allowed me to do this.”
