Soak up the festive cheer at our magical Victorian Christmas Weekends returning for 2023!
Meet Old Father Christmas in his green robes and interact with 19th-century costumed characters as you explore the ship to unlock their enchanting stories of Christmases past. Hear traditional heart-warming carols, feast on delicious mince pies and experience our historic dockyard transformed into a winter wonderland with beautiful greenery and guaranteed snow.

Festive Afternoon Tea: 3 & 10 Dec
Add some extra magic to your day with a Festive Afternoon Tea. Served in the luxurious Dining Saloon on board the ship for a taste of what it was like to be a Victorian first class passenger.
Ragged Victorians: 2-3 Dec
Meet characters from the past and hear their tales about living on the edge of Victorian society as we see the return of award-winning living history group, The Ragged Victorians.
Spicebox: 9-10 Dec
NEW for 2023. Watch as the mysterious objects hidden within Spicebox bring a Victorian Christmas story to life. Brought to the dockyard by Bristol-based Puppet Place, the stories are based on the collections at the SS Great Britain; expect songs, interactive games and puppets!
