In the heart of the city centre, Bristol Shopping Quarter is home to hundreds of shops, from high street favourites to independent boutiques, plus great restaurants, cinemas and bars.
Made up of four key areas, Broadmead, The Galleries, Quakers Friars and Cabot Circus, this huge shopping area has something for everyone.
Cabot Circus is a fantastic shopping centre, providing city centre visitors with over 120 shops including 15 major flagship stores and signature stores Harvey Nichols and House of Fraser. Covered by a unique shell-shaped glass roof the size of one and a half football pitches Cabot Circus is linked by a specially designed raised footbridge to a new state-of-the-art car park, allowing visitors to cross Bond Street without having to navigate the traffic below.
The attractive, pedestrianised streets of Broadmead offer a great environment in which to shop and relaxing open spaces to watch the world go by. The selection of national stores includes Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, as well as the UK’s second largest Primark. In addition, the wide range of independent retailers means that Broadmead offers a diversity of stores difficult to beat.
Located in the heart of Broadmead, The Galleries is an attractive three-storey indoor shopping centre. Here you’ll find Boots, The Post Office, WH Smith and a further 100 stores. There’s a covered car park with 1,000 spaces offering special shopper tariffs.
Over 25 restaurants and cafes offer plenty of options for weary shoppers to rest their feet and enjoy a quick latte or a tasty lunch, including Giraffe, Yo Sushi!, Coal Grill & Bar and Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
