About
A peaceful riverside nature reserve with woodland, ponds and plenty of wildlife. The site is open to the public at all times and admission is free. Certain areas are wheelchair accessible. However, they do not recommend wheelchairs are taken on the nature trail as some slopes are steep.
Eastwood Farm was run as a traditional farm until 1971. After, the Bristol council purchased the land and used it as a landfill site for domestic waste from 1971 to 1978. Once the site closed for landfill, Eastwood Farm was landscaped and trees were planted. The site is now a haven for wildlife for the public to enjoy.
