Visitor Survey 2025/2026 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age.

A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

To qualify for the prize draw, an individual must complete the Visit Bristol Visitor Survey 2025/2026 and submit their details into the form linked at the end of the survey.

Visit West will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize draw will take place on a quarterly (every 3 months) basis from the date the survey goes live.

The winner will be contacted by email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days of being selected, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry.               

Prize includes a £50 Love Bristol Gift card. Full details of the card here.

Transport costs are not included in the prize.        

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

The prize will be posted to the winner and Visit West will therefore require address details to send it to. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.                

Employees of Visit West, prize providers, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering.                 

The winner’s details will be passed to any prize providers for prize fulfilment.                 

The Editor's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.                 

Visit West will not be responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues, postal delays, or incomplete/damaged entries. Proof of entry does not guarantee receipt.    

On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the prize are that of the prize winner.

Visit West does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.        

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Visit West reserves the right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.  

Visit West reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice               

The winner’s name will be available upon request 28 days after the closing date by emailing web@visitwest.co.uk
