Join Doubletree By Hilton Cadbury House for one of their biggest events in the calendar. Burns Night at Cadbury is always a special occasion,and is not one to be missed.
After grace the supper will start with a traditional Scottish broth, followed by the arrival of the haggis which will be brought in on a large plate by the head chef supported by the pipers.
The cutting of the haggis will be accompanied by Burns' famous poem, Address to a Haggis with plenty of wee drams to help the proceedings go smoothly! Guests will then tuck into their haggis, neeps and tatties followed by the main course which includes braised featherblade, pomme fondant, buttered kale and carrot spaghetti with red wine jus.
The meal will be finished off with cranachan a traditional Scottish dessert which includes cream, fresh raspberries Scottish oats and whisky!
All of this while enjoying the sounds of the 10-piece Shirley pipe band which will give the evening a true Scottish flavour.
Dress Code: Black Tie, Kilts optional
